Based in Skipton, North Yorkshire we have a 3700 sq. metres facility, stocking the catalogue ranges for the Gedore Group products.

We are able to offer the following services from our facility:

Torque wrench calibration and repair

We carry spare parts for our extensive Gedore Torque Wrench range. Each wrench is supplied with a Test Certificate. After 12 months (or a certain number of torque applications, usually 5000), we can recalibrate and carry out repairs to wrenches on-site with a quick turnaround.

Technical advice

Our experienced Sales Office can answer most questions. For more detailed investigation our in-house technician can offer advice, plus we have a team of five external Sales Executives on hand to answer any questions.

Warranty and repair

A comprehensive warranty is offered on Gedore tools. Generally, any claims represent a small percentage of total sales – the product range is manufactured as a premium range. The care and detail are taken in production ensure that warranty claims are not common.

Despatch service

We hold extensive stocks in the UK and aim to give the UK market a fast and efficient service.

Our carrier is UPS and we can deliver for a charge on a timed delivery basis or a next-day service if required.

Distributor sales support

Currently, a team of ve knowledgeable and experienced Sales Executives cover the UK and o er a full Sales Support Service to our main UK Stockists. Not only do we supply tool displays and a good supply of catalogues and internet information, but we are always ready to discuss proactive sales activities with our customers

We have a fully equipped Demonstration Vehicle which can be booked by customers to visit interested end-users to promote our brands.
